Pecan Pie made with OREO Cookie Pieces

- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 2¾ oz. butter, melted
- 9¾ oz. light corn syrup
- 2¾ oz. light brown sugar
- 2¼ oz. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 3½ oz. whole pecans
- 2 oz. OREO Medium Cookie Pieces
- 1 par-baked 9-inch pie crust

DIRECTIONS
Whisk eggs and butter in large bowl. Add next 5 ingredients; whisk until combined.
Place nuts and cookie pieces in bottom of pie crust. Pour in egg mixture.
Place pie in 400°F standard oven. Immediately reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Bake 40 to 50 min. or until internal temperature registers 165°F. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
