Thanksgiving Shepherd's Pie made with RITZ Crushed Crackers
Everything that's amazing about a classic Thanksgiving dinner, layered into a shepherd's pie-style dish. Ingredients
Shepard's Pie
- 3 lb. cooked turkey, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 lb. prepared turkey gravy
- 2 lb. prepared bread stuffing
- 3 lb. prepared mashed potatoes
- 10 oz. coarsely crushed RITZ Crackers
- 1½ oz. salted butter, melted
Cranberry Orange Sauce
- 12 oz. fresh cranberries
- 3½ oz. granulated sugar
- 3½ oz. orange juice
- orange zest from 2 oranges
- ½ tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary

Combine turkey and gravy. Spoon evenly into half hotel pan. Top with layers of stuffing and potatoes, spreading evenly. Cover with foil.
Bake in 350°F standard oven 35 to 45 min. or until internal temperature registers 165°F.
Meanwhile, toss cracker crumbs with butter. Remove foil from pan. Top with cracker mixture. Return to oven. Bake 5 min.
Combine ingredients in medium saucepot. Cook on medium heat about 5 min. or until cranberries begin to pop, or until desired consistency. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
